This advanced session explores complex pain at the end of life through a whole-person lens. Participants learn to assess and manage pain using advanced pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions, while considering the psychological, social-emotional, and spiritual contributors that influence suffering. Real cases and discussion translate concepts into bedside practice.
