Kim Smith, LPN

Kim has had her LPN license for 14 years with an additional certification in hospice and palliative care. In 2020, Kim began her career at Clarehouse as a bedside caregiver and stepped into a Care Team Leader role in 2025. With over a decade of hospice experience, she feels that being able to provide end of life education to help provide peace and comfort to guests and their loved ones is one of the highest honors. To support an environment where families feel cared for and seen is her passion and loves to be able to do so with Clarehouse.
