Lessons for Living Retreats

Life invites us into moments of joy and grief, certainty and mystery, connection and change. Too often, we respond by resisting what is difficult or clinging to what feels certain. Yet the deepest wisdom of being human is found not in choosing one over the other, but in learning to hold both with openness, curiosity and compassion.

Lessons for Living is a series of one-day contemplative retreats designed to help you cultivate the inner resources needed to navigate life's complexities with greater presence, resilience, and intention. Each retreat explores a different aspect of living well through guided meditation, embodiment practices, mindful movement, reflective listening, meaningful conversation and time in nature.

Whether you're learning to make wiser choices, deepen your connection to the present moment, expand your capacity for life's challenges or receive reality as it unfolds, each experience offers practical tools and simple, sustainable practices to carry into everyday life. Participants leave feeling more grounded, more connected to themselves and others, and better equipped to meet life with clarity, courage and compassion.

Space is intentionally limited to foster meaningful connection and personal reflection, creating an environment where participants can slow down, listen deeply and discover that the lessons we seek are often found within ourselves and in one another. This framing is consistent with the series' emphasis on contemplative practice, guided experiences, sensory attunement, embodiment and sustainable daily practices.
